A new century of discovery
As the superintendent of North Lake School, I am honored to welcome you.
We are blessed to be a 4k – 8 elementary school nestled into the northern Lake Country area that feeds into Arrowhead High School. Although small and located in a rural setting, our school offers some of the best learning opportunities and amenities that today’s schools have to offer. Our staff is highly trained and motivated to provide our students with the best elementary school experience possible.
Our school’s Vision is: To continually adapt to provide our school community with the skills and strategies needed to grow and succeed in all aspects of life as confident, motivated, life-long learners. Our mission is to help our students and community to reach their potential and become their best, and we work hard each day to live it. Our Core Values are: Character, Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, Confidence, and Change.
As a school, we are in partnership with our families and community to offer a balanced and rigorous educational experience. Our curriculum is common core-based using common sense to reach a common goal of excellence. We have high quality offerings in the arts and physical education. Strong moral values and youth citizenship are focal points to our delivery model and behavior expectations.
We have an excellent school facility balancing the charm of a historic small town school house enriched with updated additions and cutting-edge technology and programming throughout. Our Project Lead the Way engineering lab, SMART Boards in every classroom, fiber-optic internet connectivity, three stationary computer labs, one mobile laptop lab, threeChromebook carts, and wireless technology throughout the school provides our staff and students with the tools to prepare our children to assist in making them college and career ready.
