School Board Meeting – Wednesday, Feb. 19th, 6:30 p.m.
A new century of discovery
When it became time to send our son to 4K, we did our homework and learned that several of the top schools in the state were right here in Lake Country. After touring our three school choices, it became clear that North Lake School was the right choice for our family. Our son attended Lake Country Kindergarten, and we were overwhelmed by the sense of community and family that exists throughout the school. Every teacher knew his name, the highly attentive staff learned who we were, and the children were all friendly and courteous. Now in Kindergarten, our son is learning and growing beyond our expectations. We believe this is due to the unique philosophy we see played out every day in school: a philosophy that encourages every child to grow and achieve both in and out of the classroom. We will be a proud North Lake family through the eighth grade!

I am a Grandma of two students at North Lake School. Both go to “After School Care”.
I just want to compliment this AMAZING PROGRAM.
Nothing has changed from last year to this year…it is still the nicest and safest place for my grandchildren to be after school. When I come to pick up the boys, everyone is working so hard at the round table with either Ms. Nicole or Mrs. Brittnacher, and in the older student room with Mrs. Cindy, everyone is working on their homework and enjoying each other’s company at their own table. I can tell my grand-kids really like going there. What a great way to get on top of their homework for the night and interact with their friends and the FABULOUS TEACHERS that are there everyday still teaching and giving their all.
Our kids and parents are so lucky to have such a great environment right at North Lake School!!

“When we moved into the northern Lake Country area, we spent time looking at all the different school options. Visiting North Lake School just felt comfortable for our family since the beginning. Their excellent teaching and administrative staff know you by name and welcome you as a part of the school community; because they want to, not because it is a requirement. It is a welcoming atmosphere where children can balance growing as a person with growing academically as a student. Thank you!!”

“Hello North Lake families. As a North Lake elementary graduate myself, I feel nostalgic coming back to these halls every fall. The walls may have changed since I attended classes here, but the learning atmosphere and sense of community still remain the same. It is a great feeling to see some of the teachers I had that are having the same impact on my children’s lives like they did on mine. My daughters have moved on to Arrowhead and now I’m down to 1 here at North Lake. I am confident in the foundation that North Lake has provided them to succeed in high school and beyond. Thank you to all teachers and staff for your hard work.”
